The PBMEIT International Journal of Multidisciplinary Research is committed to maintaining the highest standards of publication ethics and academic integrity. The journal adheres to the principles and best practices recommended by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and expects all participants in the publication process—authors, reviewers, editors, and the publisher—to comply with these ethical standards.
Authors submitting manuscripts to the journal are expected to:
Present original research conducted in an ethical and responsible manner
Accurately report data, methods, and findings
Properly acknowledge all sources and contributions
Disclose any potential conflicts of interest
Ensure that the manuscript has not been published or submitted elsewhere
The journal maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward plagiarism. All submissions are screened using plagiarism detection tools prior to peer review. Plagiarism in any form, including self-plagiarism, unattributed paraphrasing, or duplication of substantial content, will result in immediate rejection or corrective action, depending on the stage of publication.
Data fabrication, falsification, or manipulation constitutes serious scientific misconduct. Authors must retain original data and provide access to supporting evidence when requested. Any manuscript found to contain fabricated or falsified data will be rejected, and published articles may be retracted in accordance with ethical guidelines.
Manuscripts submitted to the journal must not be under consideration by another journal or publisher. Duplicate submission or redundant publication is considered unethical and will result in rejection. If such practices are identified after publication, appropriate corrective measures will be taken.
Authorship should reflect significant intellectual contributions to the research and manuscript preparation. All listed authors must approve the final version of the manuscript. Disputes regarding authorship or contributorship are addressed following COPE recommendations, and the journal may request institutional investigation where necessary.
The journal is committed to maintaining the integrity of the scholarly record. Corrections, expressions of concern, or retractions will be issued when errors, ethical breaches, or misconduct are identified. Retractions are clearly identified and linked to the original article, with reasons stated transparently.
Allegations of ethical misconduct are investigated fairly and confidentially. Complaints and appeals are handled according to established ethical procedures, with due consideration given to all parties involved.
By submitting a manuscript to the PBMEIT International Journal of Multidisciplinary Research, authors acknowledge and agree to adhere to the journal’s ethical standards and policies.
